Beyond what we can do personally, businesses now have the opportunity to connect with their customers, and build relationships on a greater scale then ever before.  Viral marketing, and positive word-of-mouth create buzz that drives up sales, and powerful search functions on social sites make it much easier for businesses to reach the targeted customers they are looking for, not to mention the unique opportunity they have to address customer complaints and resolve issues quickly 쥬얼리게임.
